We have a front desk lady that just joined our clinic over the last few weeks. She has been doing office work for around 30 years and thinks she has a good handle on the office. In a lot of ways she knows her stuff and does a great job. There is definitely a lack of willingness to learn how we run our office. There is also a lack of people or office skills that is unacceptable. There have been times where messages have been taken with a completely different name than was given. As an ac air conditioning Ogden expert I just want the office to run good.
